CINDY NOBLE, M.S.ED., LPC
Cindy is a licensed psychotherapist and has been practicing since 1993.  She received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas in 1991.  She currently lives in Raleigh, N.C. with her husband and three children.  Cindy works with adults facing a wide variety of life problems and stressors.  She offers individual, couples, and family counseling.  Her approach is tailored to individual need but relies heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts.  She utilizes education and builds on clients' strengths to teach them new tools, using thoughts and behaviors as the most effective targets of change, so that when therapy is done there is a range of helpful tools to draw from in order to maintain wellness. 

When an individual has a problem, it often affects and involves the entire family.  Cindy can work with you to explore family and relationship dynamics, whether you choose to be seen individually or with significant others, to help you gain insight into "stuck " patterns of relating to and perceiving others, the world, and self.

Call Cindy at 861-8890 to ask about appointment availability, fees and insurance.  Many insurance plans are accepted.  A sliding fee scale is offered for the uninsured based on need.  Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available.  The first phone contact is also a good time to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process or Cindy's approach to your particular concern.
